Helping you through your First 100 Days

 

Session 1:

Introductory Session

The first session is an opportunity for the Leader and Coach to get to know each other.  The Coach will be looking to understand the Leader as a person, his/her new role and responsibilities and to find out what challenges are likely to be faced in the First 100 days.

The Leader and Coach will also use this session to set deliverables which the Leader will work towards achieving throughout the 3 months.

Session 2:

Build and reinforce solid foundations for greater performance

The role of leader is to get results with and through people and to elicit the best performance of each member of the team. This is never an easy task, and it can be particularly daunting when in a new role.

We help you to assess and understand your own leadership style and the strengths and weaknesses within your team.

Session 3:

Identify, understand and build critical relationships

Like it or not other people in the organisation will be central to your success. Understanding who these people are and finding out how they work and what they expect is vital to creating valuable alliances.

We help you to understand who these people are and start to create with you connecting strategies that will help you succeed.

Session 4:

Establish and develop your authority, persona and 'brand'

In the early stages of any new relationship, many patterns, traditions and rituals begin to develop, take shape and become well-rooted. Whether these are things that a leader intends to create, or whether these are accidentally engendered, what happens in the first 100 days will ‘stick’ to you, because people are simply more watchful and attentive.
