Our Personal Impact Programmes help people to understand their ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ strengths raising self awareness and enabling them to be more successful. They look at the thoughts, feelings and skills associated with initiating, provoking, directing or influencing a successful impact.
Tailored specifically to each group or individual our Personal Impact programmes are designed to help people change the effect on those around them by raising self awareness and making simple changes in behaviour.
We offer both workshops, ranging from 2 hours to 2 days, and personal one to one coaching. This unique and personalised approach is supported by our extensive Personal Impact toolkit.
