As such we use the Insights Team Effectiveness Report.
The Insights Team Effectiveness Report encompasses years of experience in team development and assessment, including an in depth understanding of the differences between high performing and low performing teams.
The report measures against 16 critical team success factors and provides a comprehensive analysis including the norming of sector and team types.
