From our experience Team Coaching is best used when addressing areas such as:

  • Creation of the Team’s Purpose, Vision and Values
  • Clarification of the Team’s Strategy, Structure and Ways of Working
  • Better understanding and Discovery of the team’s strengths, culture and dynamics
  • Leadership Development

Some teams prefer to incorporate the Team Coaching programme into something more adventurous and as such we provide Adventure Team Development, which combines unique and inspirational locations with selected outdoor activities into the development mix.

Either way, whatever programme is chosen we ensure that on completion or at key stages throughout the process, progress is reviewed against agreed performance measures identified at the start of the team development journey.
