Our Team Discovery programme is half a day in duration and provides a Team Report to help the team understand the dynamics within the team, how the team may be perceived and its possible gifts and liabilities.
Any discussions around differences, challenges and conflict can be
addressed in a non-threatening environment and each participant should
leave recognising that they each have a positive part to play in
achieving goals and managing key stakeholders.
The programme content specifically addresses the following areas;
- What perception the team wants to create of itself
- What perception the team actually portrays
- A review of the team DNA and it's implications for group objectives
- An exploration of individual contributions for group objectives
- Group and individual action planning
From this understanding the team are able to create a development plan that enables them to adjust the way they work to align to the expectations of all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
